Shipping Policy
A1 Cycles offers flat-rate shipping of $11 on all orders within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–10 business days.
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. A1 Cycles is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Return Policy
A1 Cycles accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in resalable condition, and accompanied by the original order number, purchaser's name, and address.
All returns require prior authorization from A1 Cycles before being shipped back.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that all approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to help cover electronic payment processing fees. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an online order is canceled before it ships, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover payment processing and transaction fees.

Crankshaft Warranty
A1 Cycles' crankshaft warranty covers any crankshaft assembly failure, whether caused by a manufacturing issue or customer-related failure. Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser who purchased the crankshaft directly from A1 Cycles. In the event of a warranty claim, A1 Cycles will repair or replace the crankshaft assembly at our discretion.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from A1 Cycles.
This warranty applies only to the crankshaft assembly and does not cover damage to engine cases, pistons, etc. It only covers the craftshaft assembly. If you send a case, you will be charged labor for case work and any extra parts.
If engine cases are sent in with a warranty claim, any case work, labor, or additional parts required will be billed separately. This warranty covers the crankshaft assembly only and does not include repairs to engine cases or other engine components.
